Who are the Vikings?

We are a family of boaters located in the Tacoma , Washington area,  who enjoy what the Puget Sound has to offer.  Our dues are small because we have no clubhouse to oversee. We enjoy cruising with our club from March to October when we go to Dockton for a Halloween party. We have boats ranging in size from 24 to 50 feet. We have only one sailboat at present, and they are always welcome in our club.   We have 50+ reciprocal clubs from Olympia to Orcas Island which we have acquired since our beginnings in 1959. These we can use without Charge. We enjoy use of the Tacoma Yacht Club and its facilities and enjoy the Daffodil Marine Regatta and Lighted Christmas Parade from their clubhouse. We have similar privileges with the Seattle Yacht Club and enjoy Opening Day there every year.  As a club, we look out for each other and encourage each other in our boating experiences. The knowledge you can gain from our members comes from years of local boating experience. We have many natives of Washington and they have secret knowledge of the area.
